Job Summary:

As an integral member of the Payroll Team, the Corporate Payroll Administrator is responsible for handling all aspects of the Corporate employee payroll and will ensure:

  • Processing of Corporate Payroll / Employee Benefits Administration using the in house HRIS
  • Communication with employees to answer any inquiries / respond to any requests
  • Liaise with various departments to ensure a smooth and efficient flow to the payroll process

Job Requirements

Key Qualifications:

  • 3+ years Payroll experience
  • Accurate and organized individual with strong work ethic who is able to work toward and meet deadlines
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong arithmetic skills
  • Computer literate and excellent knowledge of and ability to work in MS Excel and other MS Office applications
  • Proven organizational and multi-tasking skills; able to cope with changing needs and deliver successful results within identified time frames

Education:   Degree / Diploma in related field and/or directly related work experience
