Job Summary:

We're seeking a highly motivated and organized individual who presents professionally to provide administrative support to our President, Executive Management and staff at our Corporate Head Office.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming phone calls, faxes and parcels
  • Coordinate schedules & travel for the Division
  • Provide technical support for simple hardware setup and troubleshooting issues
  • Arrange computer repairs with IT Department
  • Organize conference room bookings
  • Coordinate meetings & organize catering
  • Provide administrative support to internal & external customers
  • Deal with queries from the public & customers
  • Any special projects as assigned

Job Requirements

Key Qualifications:

  • 3-4 years experience in an administrative role
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Applications - Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word
  • Understanding of networking basics
  • Familiarity with Internet/Intranet
  • Excellent organizational skills with a strong attention to detail
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Demonstrated ability to operate effectively & efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently as well as on a team
  • Strong written & verbal communication skills
  • Energetic & highly motivated

Education: Business or Administrative Degree or Diploma
