Job Summary:


We are looking for an enthusiastic Junior Corporate Trainer  to educate people in a technological field. You would be responsible for providing training, support and contribute to the design and implementation of new training content for new Associates and Executive staff on Company policies and processes, providing MS Office system application training incl. SharePoint & Office 365, providing stand up training and information delivery at weekly and monthly training sessions, Developing, maintaining and updating content for the Nygard Intranet, providing technical support during semi-annual corporate conferences, providing support for business initiatives, including training and participation in project development.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, direct, manage and implement a blended learning program

  • Design, develop, implement and evaluate corporate training programs

  • Conduct analysis to improve and reinvent existing training curriculum

Job Requirements

Key Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 + yrs related experience in a training function

  • Experience with office software products such as MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint

  • Learn quickly and exhibit technical savvy; your curiosity and passion mean that you can get up to speed and have an impact from day one

  • Candidates require experience in the design, development and delivery of corporate training, including e-learning and online training
  • Demonstrated ability to clearly present ideas & information

  • Ability to manage several projects concurrently and adjust to changing priorities

  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills

  • Strong presentation skills with the ability to present to all levels of Associates in small or large group settings

  • Documentation experience an asset

  • Must have working knowledge of current communication technology (i.e. Smart Phones / Tablets)

  • Needs analysis, e-learning development, project management, adult learning principles

  • Experience with Sharepoint and Office 365 is a strong asset
