The role is for a Regional Sales Manager based in Calgary or Edmonton that will look after two regions (Alberta & Saskatchewan)

 

Job Responsibilities include:

 

  • Achieving the profit and productivity goals within a group of stores by managing all aspects of the day to day store operations
  • Expected to build and develop powerful and diverse Sales Managers and Associates that will drive sales results and ensure internal growth of the Company
  • Provide leadership that builds commitment to excellence in customer satisfaction
  • Enhance the current company fashion by ensuring that all aspects of the visual presentation are to company standard
  • Maintain competitive edge through research and analysis of major competitor
  • Manage and control regional inventory to optimize sales, gross margin and inventory turn
  • Act as a liaison with the Buying Team to ensure proper merchandise profile is represented in all stores and ultimately meets the needs of the customer

Job Requirements

The ideal candidate:

 

  • Will possess strong organizational, analytical, and budgeting/planning skills.
  • Have minimum 5 years experience in Multi-Store Supervisory role in a related retail environment with proven results
  •  Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Determination to achieve and exceed financial targets
  • Functional understanding of Microsoft Office Suite
