Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Processing and amending orders
  • Tracking shipments
  • Coordinating with the Service Centre to ensure timely deliveries
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding the status of their order/shipments
  • Provide weekly/monthly projections to the Finance department regarding the number of units to be shipped to each customer
  • Provide weekly shipping updates to the Executive

Job Requirements

Key Qualifications:

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Must have a sense of urgency
  • Self - motivated
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Education: An undergraduate degree or equivalent education and experience.
